We used JJ Costa Company to do our tenant build-out for our restaurant in the Elmwood Shopping Center. We were given a basic shell so Costa's crew did all of the interior design, ceiling, walls, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc. They also built a custom bar with a concrete counter top. They are truly a one stop shop. We were very pleased with the end product plus they delivered the final project within the time period discussed and within budget.
